宅男导航 Accommodation Services have produced a to help students navigate the rental process with ease.
Renting Made Easy aims to cover common issues including how to find somewhere to live, sharing a house with other tenants, legal issues associated with renting and what happens when it is time to move out.
Accommodation Coordinator Andri van Zyl said the video was designed to answer everyday questions around renting in Queensland.
鈥淲e see students struggling with the same issues every semester, and this video is a straightforward way of explaining the basics of renting,鈥� Ms van Zyl said.
鈥淗opefully this video will help students avoid some of the most common pitfalls around renting, so they will have more time and energy to get on with enjoying their uni life.
鈥淲hile Accommodation Services staff will continue to be there to answer students鈥� questions, this video should be a great starting point for anyone who is confused by or feeling unsure about the rental process.鈥�
